Simple Present
Active:                  Zulfi plays his doll
Passive:                His doll is played by zulfi

Present continous
Active:                  my mother is cooking the cake in the kitchen.
Passive:                The cake is being cooked by my mother in the kitchen.

Present perfect
Active:                  She has studied science
Passive:                 Scince has been studied by her

Present perfect continous
Active:                  He has been sitting in his chair
Passive:                 His chair has been being sat by him

Simple past
Active:                  They listened the music yesterday
Passive:                 The music was listened by them yesterday

Past continous
Active:                   He was watching the television when you called me
Passive:                 The television was being watched by him when you called me

Past Perfect
Active:                  he had ate a apple this morning
Passive:                 this morning had been ate by him this morning

Past perfect continous
Active:                  they had been waiting you in the school when I finished my breakfast
Passive:                 you had been being waited by them in the school when I finished my breakfast

Future
Active:                  My uncle will sell his car
Passive:                 His car will be sold by my uncle

Future continous
Active:                  they will be throwing the ball
Passive:                 the ball will be being thrown by them

Future perfect
Active:                  Dede will have bought new car
Passive:                 New car will have been bought by Dede
